    This expertly crafted blend combines Brazilian beans from Minas Gerais - renowned for their chocolatey richness - with Colombian beans from San Agustin, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its striking landscapes. A bold, satisfying coffee with intense toasted nut and cocoa flavours, balanced by a smooth caramel sweetness in every sip.

How to Brew the Perfect Cup

1 espresso shot (18g ground coffee + 35ml freshly boiled water)

1 espresso shot (18g ground coffee + 35ml freshly boiled water)

Cocoa powder (to serve)

  1. Pour 35ml freshly brewed coffee into your cup, so it's a little less than halfway.
  2. Top up with the steaming hot milk and a 4–6cm layer of froth.
  3. Dust with cocoa powder as the professionals do.
