Tea can hold several health benefits over other drinks, from antioxidants and nutrition, to calming effects from botanical ingredients.
For specific teas, explore the Wellness range of infusions, blended for a better you.
Tea is best stored in an airtight container, away from moisture and any heat sources.
This also includes windows or direct sunlight.
A cool, dry cupboard away from your kettle, oven, and any windows is perfect.
Both teabags and loose leaf tea use leaves from the tea plant.
Teabags use shredded tea leaves placed inside a compostable bag to offer a quick and convenient brew with just a splash of hot water, whereas loose leaf tea offers a greater depth of flavour, but requires some extra equipment to brew.
Each tea requires its own unique brewing technique found on the back of each of our tea boxes, but we’ve written a simple guide to get you started with the basics too.
We source from the finest tea gardens across the planet, from large farms to unique small mountain growers.
All our tea is chosen for quality, sourcing, and flavour to bring the very finest from across the world, directly to your cup.
That depends on you.
Whether you’re after a quick and convenient brew with a splash of milk, or want to go all in on a perfected brewing technique for a rare annual tea, the choice is yours.
Explore each tea and try some different flavours; our Taste Promise ensures you’ll find something you’ll love.
The best teas are the ones you love most, but we recommend green or black tea for morning wake-ups, followed by slower, caffeine-free flavours such as Herbal Infusions as the day draws to a close.
All tea comes from the same species of plant Camellia sinensis. The way tea is picked and prepared changes the resulting tea type.
Black tea is created from a series of steps including oxidising the tea leaves, imbuing them with a malty, and sometimes smoky depth of flavour.
Green tea does not go through a oxidation process, instead the leaves are paused in time by either panning or steaming the leaves resulting in a fresh, vegetal, umami flavour.
Other teas also follow a variety of different processes. Find out more about the different types of tea in our useful guide.
