Known as the champagne of teas, Darjeeling is famed for its sparkling clarity of taste and crystalline sweetness; flavours shaped by the steady rainfall, light soil and cool mountain air of the Himalayan foothills.

Darjeeling is harvested during four periods known as Flushes. Ours is a Second Flush, picked between May and June, when the leaves take on the warmth of late spring and develop beautifully complex fruit notes.

The result, an elegant tea with a beautifully complex character, featuring delicate floral notes, ripe fruit flavours and a naturally sweet finish.

How to Make

Tea is being poured from a glass teapot into a white teacup with blue floral designs, placed on a matching saucer, on a white table in bright sunlight.
