    Our Pure Hibiscus Infusion contains just one simple ingredient, the dried and cut calyxes of Hibiscus flowers. This powerful ingredient is not only a delight to your tastebuds with its potent package of tangy, fruity flavour but is also cram-packed full of antioxidants. This beautifully fruity, simple but effective infusion can be given a warming kick by adding a mix of ginger and cinnamon. This is a great infusion to try, both hot and cold.

    • Number of servings (using 1 tsp/ 2g per cup): 100 grams = 50 cups

    • Brewing time: At least 5 minutes or longer if preferred

How to Make

1- 2 tsp loose infusion

200ml water

  1. Pop 1 tsp of loose infusion per cup into a Pao mug or teapot with an infuser.
  2. Pour in 200ml water per cup boiled to 100 degrees
  3. Wait for at least 5 minutes
  4. Remove infuser and enjoy.
  5. Best enjoyed without milk.

2 tsp loose infusion

100ml freshly boiled water


Fruit or mint to garnish (optional)

  1. Add the loose infusion to a refillable teabag or an infuser and place in a cup or heat-resistant glass.
  2. Pour over freshly boiled water and leave for 15 minutes. Remove the teabag/infuser.
  3. Top up with plenty of ice.
  4. Garnish with fruit and sprigs of mint if desired.
