    Smooth away the blues with this deliciously mellow brew. With a delicate mildness and complexity of flavour, this world-famous coffee only has an annual yield equalling approximately 0.1% of the coffee produced by Colombia! Its fame has led to many imitators, and Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee is now carefully protected by the Coffee Industry Board of Jamaica.

1 espresso shot (18g ground coffee)

35ml freshly boiled water

  1. Warm your espresso cup beforehand with a drop of hot water (optional).
  2. Add 18g ground coffee to your equipment of choice
  3. Pour over freshly boiled water
