This delicious blend has antioxidant-filled elderberries, rosehip and echinacea, perfect for keeping away those chills. Experience the berries dancing across your tongue with bursts of fiery ginger and warming apple, in this potent herbal infusion.

How to Make

1- 2 tsp loose infusion

200ml water

  1. Pop 1 tsp of loose infusion per cup into a Pao mug or teapot with an infuser.
  2. Pour in 200ml water per cup boiled to 100 degrees
  3. Wait for at least 5 minutes
  4. Remove infuser and enjoy.
  5. Best enjoyed without milk.

2 tsp loose infusion

100ml freshly boiled water


Fruit or mint to garnish (optional)

  1. Add the loose infusion to a refillable teabag or an infuser and place in a cup or heat-resistant glass.
  2. Pour over freshly boiled water and leave for 15 minutes. Remove the teabag/infuser.
  3. Top up with plenty of ice.
  4. Garnish with fruit and sprigs of mint if desired.
