No Milk Steamer?

  1. Fill a clean jar (an old condiment jar is ideal) with the correct measurement of your chosen milk.
  2. Securely screw on the lid and shake it for 30 seconds or so, until frothy bubbles form.
  3. Remove the lid and pop the jar in the microwave on a high heat for 30 seconds. The froth will rise to the top of the milk.
  4. When pouring the milk into your cup, use a large spoon to prevent the foam from escaping with it – you can then use it to top your drink if desired.
