  Use water freshly drawn and boiled for black tea and water just off the boil (around 80 degrees) for green tea. We recommend using one teabag per cup.  Allow to brew for 3-5 minutes, according to personal taste. All black teas can be drunk with or without milk, while green teas are best drunk without milk.
