    A succulently sweet tea with a bright apple bite, inspired by stories of silks and spice. Based on the deliciously tangy tea sipped in the streets of old Istanbul, our sugar-free twist on this much loved classic has been sweetened with blackberry leaves for a fruity finish. Whether you serve it as steamy and hot as a Turkish hamam, or elegantly iced as a poolside refresher, it's just the ticket when you're dreaming of a holiday.

Store in a sealed jar or tin, such as our Fill-Me-Up Tea Caddies.

How to Make

1- 2 tsp loose infusion

200ml water

  1. Pop 1 tsp of loose infusion per cup into a Pao mug or teapot with an infuser.
  2. Pour in 200ml water per cup boiled to 100 degrees
  3. Wait for at least 5 minutes
  4. Remove infuser and enjoy.
  5. Best enjoyed without milk.

2 tsp loose infusion

100ml freshly boiled water

Ice

Fruit or mint to garnish (optional)

  1. Add the loose infusion to a refillable teabag or an infuser and place in a cup or heat-resistant glass.
  2. Pour over freshly boiled water and leave for 15 minutes. Remove the teabag/infuser.
  3. Top up with plenty of ice.
  4. Garnish with fruit and sprigs of mint if desired.
