Our black tea based Rhubarb Mule is a spicy winter warmer with a fruity, tangy flavour.

With a mix of autumnal flavours such as ginger and rhubarb, this warming tea is perfect after a long leafy country walk or when you get in from a chilly commute. It can be enjoyed with or without a splash of something more potent.

200ml water

2 tsp loose tea

100ml freshly boiled water

Ice

Fruit or mint to garnish (optional)

Add the loose tea to a refillable teabag or an infuser and place in a cup or heat-resistant glass
Pour over freshly boiled water. Remove the teabag/infuser
Top up with plenty of ice
Garnish with fruit and sprigs of mint if desired
