Our matcha is stone-ground into a powder of remarkable fineness, a rich source of natural antioxidants and full of vivid, earthy character.

Then comes the coconut: naturally sweet, velvety and softly exotic, meeting matcha's umami depth in harmonious fashion. Completely sugar free, yet every cup feels indulgent.

Prepare it the traditional way: two scoops with a bamboo chashaku, a splash of water at around 70 degrees, then whisk briskly in a W-shaped motion with a bamboo chasen until frothy. Or simply whisk into hot or cold milk for a totally tropical matcha latte.
