If you like piña coladas, you're certain to develop a taste for our latest white hot chocolate. Lusciously smooth and creamy with an exotic coconut richness, it's wonderful as a treat on warm evenings – or as the base for a milkshake.
• Hot chocolate base: White chocolate
• Hot chocolate format: Powder form, we recommend making it with hot milk (or your preferred milk alternative) rather than water for the ultimate smooth, creamy cup. Find out how to make the perfect hot chocolate here.
• Number of servings (using 3 heaped tsp/20g per mug for hot chocolate or 2 tbsp or 28g per mug for milkshake): 350g = 17 mugs of hot chocolate/12 mugs of milkshake
• Serving suggestion: Enjoy hot, as an ice-cold milkshake or use in baking

Iced Piña Colada
40g (5–6 heaped tsp) Coconut white hot chocolate powder
Shot of rum
Pineapple wedge and coconut shards to garnish
Add the Coconut powder, milk, ice cubes, pineapple pieces and a splash of rum to a blender. Mix until smooth and frothy.
Pour into a glass and garnish with coconut shards and a pineapple wedge (we'd recommend topping it with a cocktail umbrella if you're feeling particularly flamboyant).
