    For our traditional teabags, we chose tea from Sri Lanka for its crisp taste and distinctive aroma, blending it with the famously brisk tea of Kenya. The result is a gutsy brew with a lingering aftertaste – it's delicious with a splash of milk in the morning, served with a slice of buttered toast.

It seemed only natural to number this tea 111 – our original Chelsea home on Fulham Road.

Kenya & Sri Lanka

Kenyan tea is a rich, full-bodied tea and we've blended with delicate leaves from Sri Lanka for a clean, brisk taste. Perfect for a more robust breakfast tea.

Store in a sealed jar or tin, such as our Fill-Me-Up Tea Caddies.

How to Make

1 teabag

200ml water

  1. Pop 1 teabag per cup into a mug or teapot
  2. Pour in 200ml water per cup boiled to 98 degrees
  3. Wait for 3-5 minutes
  4. Remove teabag and enjoy

100ml freshly boiled water

Ice

Fruit or mint to garnish (optional)

  1. Add the teabag to a cup or heat-resistant glass
  2. Pour over freshly boiled water and leave for 15 minutes. Remove the teabag
  3. Top up with plenty of ice
  4. Garnish with fruit and sprigs of mint if desired
