HOT
- Spoon 3 heaped teaspoons (20g) into a glass.
- Add 200ml of hot water and stir.
COLD
- Spoon 3 heaped teaspoons (20g) into a glass.
- Add 50ml of hot water and stir.
- Top up with 150ml of cold water.
