Tea Discoveries English Breakfast Teabags

Presented in a charming Tea Discoveries box with a pattern inspired by birdsong at breakfast, our English Breakfast individually wrapped teabags feature a smooth, versatile and invigorating black tea with a robust malty richness.
English Breakfast tea became something of a national drink when word got out that Queen Victoria was a fan; Walter Whittard was quick to follow suit, creating his own distinctive blend from a selection of different tea gardens in the West Java region. It’s been a Whittard firm favourite for well over a century now. Our individually wrapped teabags are particularly delicious served with a splash of milk to accompany a hearty “full English”.

Walter Whittard created his first tea gifts for Edward VII's coronation in 1902. Over a century later, we're still crafting extraordinary gifts to express those feelings that can't be put into words – and our Tea Discoveries range is the perfect example. It stars our most treasured blends, each with its own vintage-style pattern; and we've developed the range with chocolate, infuser sets, and even a selection of tea-infused shortbread.
