    Grown on the volcanic slopes of Jamaica’s Blue Mountains, this rare coffee enjoys an extended growing time, allowing it to absorb more nutrients for a rich, balanced flavour. After hand harvesting, the beans are uniquely sealed in white wood barrels to preserve a unique freshness.

How to Brew the Perfect Cup

1 espresso shot (18g ground coffee)

35ml freshly boiled water

  1. Warm your espresso cup beforehand with a drop of hot water (optional).
  2. Add 18g ground coffee to your equipment of choice
  3. Pour over freshly boiled water
