Grown on the volcanic slopes of Jamaica’s Blue Mountains, this rare coffee enjoys an extended growing time, allowing it to absorb more nutrients for a rich, balanced flavour. After hand harvesting, the beans are uniquely sealed in white wood barrels to preserve a unique freshness.

The Story of Jamaica Blue Mountain
The environment of the Blue Mountain region leads to an extended growing time. This extra time allows the coffee to absorb more nutrients and produce healthy, flourishing coffee cherries. After hand harvesting, the coffee is uniquely sealed in white wood barrels, to lock in the fresh flavours.

1 espresso shot (18g ground coffee)
35ml freshly boiled water
- Warm your espresso cup beforehand with a drop of hot water (optional).
- Add 18g ground coffee to your equipment of choice
- Pour over freshly boiled water

35ml freshly boiled water
Ice
Milk (optional)
- Brew a shot of espresso using 18g ground coffee and 35ml freshly boiled water. Allow it to cool.
- Load a glass with ice.
- Pour over your cooled coffee.
- Top up with cold milk if desired.
