    This medium roast blend combines beans from Colombia’s Cauca region and Brazil’s Minas Gerais. Cauca’s rich soils create bright, juicy tones, while Minas Gerais adds deep chocolatey richness. A perfectly balanced cup with an energising complexity.

Blending beans helps to balance the flavour of the final cup, and this coffee includes beans from Colombia’s Cauca region and Brazil’s Minas Gerais region.

100ml freshly boiled water

  1. Add 35ml freshly brewed coffee to a cup
  2. Pour over freshly boiled water
