1 tbsp sunflower oil
4 tbsp maple syrup

175g rolled oats
50g ground almonds
3 tbsp roughly chopped pecans
3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
3 tbsp roughly chopped hazelnuts
50g dark chocolate chunks
