A cylindrical tin of Salted Caramel Flavour Hot Chocolate, dark brown with gold accents and leaf illustrations, holds 300g (10.5oz) of rich chocolate infused with luscious salted caramel and a hint of sea salt.

2 tbsp Whittard Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate
50ml milk of your choice
Ice cubes
Double shot (50ml) espresso coffee, brewed and cooled
Double shot (50ml) Seedlip Spice 94
Single shot (20ml) sugar syrup
Whittard Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans

  1. 1.
    Stir the Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate and milk together in a mug. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir until smooth. Place in the fridge to cool down.

    Fill a cocktail shaker half full with ice cubes.
  3. 3.
    Pour in the cooled espresso, hot chocolate, Seedlip and sugar syrup.
  4. 4.
    Place the lid on the cocktail shaker and shake for 60 seconds. The shaker should be frosty and ice-cold.

    Remove the lid and pour through a sieve into your cocktail glasses.
  6. 6.
    Carefully cut the Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans in half and use them to garnish your martini.
