Matcha with a deliciously smooth twist.

Our matcha is stone-ground into a powder of remarkable fineness, a rich source of natural antioxidants and full of vivid, earthy character.

We've then added layers of natural vanilla flavouring for a gentle, creamy sweetness that perfectly softens matcha's intensity without ever overwhelming it. All while staying naturally sugar-free.

Prepare it the traditional way: two scoops with a bamboo chashaku, a splash of water at around 70 degrees C, then whisk briskly in a W-shaped motion with a bamboo chasen until frothy. Or simply whisk into hot or cold milk for a wonderfully creamy vanilla matcha latte.

How to Make

Matcha Green Tea

A bamboo whisk frothing green matcha tea in a ceramic bowl.
  • 2g Green Tea Matcha Powder
  • 60ml water
  1. 1.
The traditional measure for a standard bowl (usucha) is about 2g.
  2. 2.
Sifting the matcha first is also worth adding, since it's the main way to avoid lumps.
  3. 3.
Add 30ml of 75-80°C water to whisk into a smooth paste.
  4. 4.
Then top up with another 30ml of hot water and whisk again to get the perfect foam.
  5. 5.
Use a bamboo whisk (chasen) and a 'W' motion for about 15-20 seconds.
  6. 6.
Sip as it is or add your matcha to milks for lattes or add other syrups for your own flavoured matcha.
