Type Green Tea

A pouch of hand-rolled pearls of the finest jasmine-infused loose leaf green tea.

Sourced from Fujian Province in China, our artisan Jasmine Dragon Pearls are crafted with extraordinary skill. Only the youngest green tea leaves are selected, then rolled by hand into tight, pearl-like balls.

As dusk falls, fresh jasmine blossoms are layered over the pearls, up to six times, each cycle allowing the buds to open and release their fragrant oils into the leaves beneath.

The final infused pearls are as fragrant as they are flavourful.

Drop a small handful into a glass or teapot of water at around 75 degrees and watch the pearls slowly unfurl like blossoms opening in spring. The result is a beautifully light, aromatic cup, with jasmine's floral notes lifting the grassy brightness of the green tea.

The pearls can be steeped multiple times, with each new brew revealing a slightly different layer of flavour.
