The result is a softer, sweeter infusion with remarkable clarity and none of the bitterness often associated with over-brewed tea.

This beautifully designed bottle from Hario, Japan's celebrated glassware maker, has been reimagined in signature Whittard blue. An integrated filter and easy-grip silicone stopper make cold brewing beautifully simple.

Cover your leaves with boiled water for two minutes, then fill with cold water and refrigerate for five to ten hours.
