A naturally powerful green tea infusion with turmeric and ginger.

Defence is the cup to reach for when the seasons change and sniffles start to circulate: a warming, zesty blend of eight carefully chosen botanicals, as delicious as it is thoughtfully put together.

The green tea base provides a clean, fresh foundation, and is rich in antioxidants. A touch of dried apple adds a sweet, fruity character that softens and rounds the blend.

Turmeric brings its distinct earthy character and golden hue, while lemongrass adds a bright, zesty citrus note. Cassia bark, a spice closely related to cinnamon, lends a gentle, comforting warmth, and lemon peel and ginger root round things off with a bright finish.

We've also included a touch of Vitamin C, adding a little extra support alongside all that natural goodness and flavour.

Sealed for freshness in individually wrapped teabags. Best enjoyed without milk anytime you need a little lift.
