Loose leaf white tea, blended with coconut and cocoa nibs
This luxurious loose leaf creation blends delicate white tea with the creamy flavours of coconut and cocoa nibs.
We call it a truffle as it tastes like it should be confectionery.
White tea is made with young leaves, carefully dried for a naturally sweet, light character. To this, creamy coconut brings a tropical richness that's the defining flavour of the blend, while the cocoa nibs add a subtle roasted depth. Together the two flavours combine for a stunning white-chocolate-like taste.
You'd never guess it has no added sugar at all.
Notes of carob deepen the chocolate character further, while a touch of apple adds a gentle brightening fruitiness, and blackberry leaves tie the whole blend together with a mellow finish.
Best brewed a little lightly at 80-90 degrees for one to four minutes.
