Some coffees earn their name. Midnight Flyer had to.

Grown in Uganda's Rwenzori Mountains, Midnight Flyer tells the story of a bold step away from tradition.

In a region known for natural processing, this coffee was among the first washed lots produced by Agri Evolve, bringing both excitement and uncertainty as freshly picked cherries made their journey to the washing station.

When unexpected delays threatened the harvest, drivers pedalled through the night to deliver the cherries on time. Racing along rain-soaked mountain roads under cover of darkness, the coffee was quite literally flying at midnight.

The lot arrived safely, the coffee was processed successfully, and Midnight Flyer was born.

The result is a bright and expressive Arabica coffee with notes of berries, chocolate and spice, and a bright, juicy acidity. Lively, clean and beautifully balanced, it showcases both the potential of washed Ugandan coffee and the determination of the community behind it.

Made for those who appreciate coffees with a story as memorable as the cup itself.

A coffee born from perseverance, and perfected over time.
