This is the cup to reach for after a generous meal, or whenever your digestion needs a little gentle encouragement: a carefully assembled blend of seven natural ingredients, each with a long history as a companion to comfort.

Peppermint provides a clean, cooling foundation, immediately refreshing and naturally calming. Fennel seed adds a gently sweet, anise-like warmth that pairs beautifully with mint.

Liquorice root contributes a mellow depth and richness, while dried apple brings a fruity brightness. Aniseed echoes the fennel's character with its own soft, spiced note, and nettle rounds things off with a subtle green earthiness.
