Named for the celebrated Bourbon variety, carried from Réunion across the coffee-growing world since the 1700s, this distinctive blend brings together three exceptional origins. 

Brazilian coffee from Minas Gerais contributes buttery richness and bright citrus notes, while beans from El Salvador's La Majada region add honeyed sweetness and clean acidity. Premium Aceh Gayo coffee from Indonesia completes the blend with vibrant fruity notes and a subtle peppery warmth.

The result is a complex, medium roast which is bright, light, and fruity with a subtle peppery heat. The perfect balance of fruit, spice, and sweetness.
