    This soothing seasonal blend is an essential part of the festive period. With a mix of smooth, light and warming flavours, this infusion will guide you to that small moment of calm everyone craves during the excitement of Christmas. Ideal for drinking in front of a flickering fire or resting on the comfiest chair in the house.

    • Tea type:  Herbal infusion

    • Number of servings (using 1 tsp/ 2g per cup): 100 grams = 50 cups

    • Brewing time: At least 5 minutes or longer if preferred

How to Make

1- 2 tsp loose infusion

200ml water

  1. Pop 1 tsp of loose infusion per cup into a Pao mug or teapot with an infuser.
  2. Pour in 200ml water per cup boiled to 100 degrees
  3. Wait for at least 5 minutes
  4. Remove infuser and enjoy.
  5. Best enjoyed without milk.

2 tsp loose infusion

100ml freshly boiled water

Ice

Fruit or mint to garnish (optional)

  1. Add the loose infusion to a refillable teabag or an infuser and place in a cup or heat-resistant glass.
  2. Pour over freshly boiled water and leave for 15 minutes. Remove the teabag/infuser.
  3. Top up with plenty of ice.
  4. Garnish with fruit and sprigs of mint if desired.
