Darjeeling Happy Valley is an exceptional tea from the foothills of the Himalayas and is a tea of choice for the afternoon.

The Happy Valley Estate is one of the oldest and most renowned tea gardens in Darjeeling. Perched up high in the mountains, the leaves are swathed in mist to give the tea its distinctive taste. It is a second flush tea, and as you would expect from this slightly older shoot, it produces a tea with a more developed and slightly nutty taste.

Darjeeling Happy Valley is a must for anyone who likes Darjeeling’s refreshing muscatel flavor. Satisfyingly rich, it offers a great boost for any afternoon.

Brew a perfect cup

Ideally warm the pot first with a splash of hot water. Use one teaspoon (around 2g) per cup and always use freshly drawn and boiled water. Allow to brew for 3-5 minutes according to taste. Can be drunk with or without milk.

A truly refreshing tea, with a very clean and satisfying flavour that just bursts into life in the mouth! Whilst a little dear- the reason for 4 rather than 5 stars- it goes much further than cheaper teas and once tasted, you realize that you had never before tasted a truely good tea.
