We are not impressed with the loose tea factor I have always been able to buy this product in tea bag form However for whatever reason it cannot be purchased and i do love drinking Rooibos and Vanilla Tea and the loose tea will have to do for now The Flavour is very good Thank you

All Whittard of Chelsea US deliveries are made by courier. 

If we do deliver to you at home and no one's in, our couriers will leave a card telling you about how to collect your delivery or rearrange the delivery. Any unclaimed or undelivered orders will eventually make their way back to our warehouse.
Whittard of Chelsea does not recommend tha customers leave instructions to our couriers for your goods to be left outside your delivery address.
