A dark-leaved Taiwanese Oolong prized for it’s complex fragrant sweetness.

Delicate Oolongs are halfway between black and green tea. Their floral, lingering sweetness comes from a process of bruising and shaking the leaves. This Taiwanese Oolong is darker and slightly sweeter than traditional Chinese varieties. It’s considered to be among the best and prized for its malty floral taste with complex hints of fruit and spice.  Traditionally it is drunk as an evening tea, perfect for the quiet moments at the end of the day.
