A fragrant and highly valued green tea from the valleys of Formosa.
Young tender leaves and silvery buds are picked in early spring from the humid slopes and valleys of Formosa. The name of this tea translates as ‘Green Snail Spring’ in reference to the tightly curled intense green leaves which are rolled by hand. Famous for their wonderful aroma, the leaves untwist to give a pale green-gold tea with a clean fragrant taste.
