Our malty black tea is a perfect canvas for the glorious sun-soaked flavors of mango and chilli. Inspired by the use of chilli with sweet flavors in Aztec recipes we blended these two tropical tastes. Adding a pinch of cactus flowers gave a light sweetness that perfected the combination. Try over ice for a summer treat or enjoy its lingering heat in winter.
