Mango and Bergamot Loose Tea is a sophisticated aromatic green tea blend, perfect for an afternoon indulgence.
Green Sencha tea leaves are used as the base of this blend. Originally from Japan, the leaves are picked in early spring and steamed and rolled to keep their color and verdant herb-like taste. They have been combined here with petals and the flavor of mango, lulo and a gentle hint of bergamot to create a decadent and delicious blend.
Mango and Bergamot is a flavor-packed naturally sweet green tea that does not need milk or sugar.
This tea is very nice indeed. I drink it on my morning tea break and sometimes again in the afternoon. In contrast to another review, I personally wouldn't liken too closely to Earl Grey. Whilst it does contain bergomot, the dominant flavour is that of the mango in my opinion; it's therefore more of a fruit than a citrus flavour that comes through. Indeed, the taste and smell of mango dominates for me.

I was very disappointed with this tea which I purchased having previously tried the Earl Grey Green Tea, which does not now seem to be available. It smells like furniture polish, though the taste is not quite as bad. Not again I'm afraid, but it is the only Whittard tea I would say this about. Shame, I purchased 2 packets on the basis of an earlier review! You live and learn.
