This coffee smells incredible - sweet, rich and buttery. It promises so much! But as soon as the granules are made into a drink, the wonderful smell dissipates. The drink it produces is just bog-standard instant coffee. There is no taste of chocolate or caramel. Disappointing!

If we do deliver to you at home and no one's in, our couriers will leave a card telling you about how to collect your delivery or rearrange the delivery. Any unclaimed or undelivered orders will eventually make their way back to our warehouse.
Whittard of Chelsea does not recommend tha customers leave instructions to our couriers for your goods to be left outside your delivery address.
