Disappointed with the product as the item is described as FINE bone china. These mugs are not FINE, they are chunky being considerably thicker than many of your other items similarly described. We shall be returning them in the next day or so. Delivery was fine and prompt. Thank you.

I have for many years used the mugs which have happily washed brilliantly in the dishwasher. This year production ceased which greatly disappointed me. Now they have reappeared, are just as fantastic and I have enough to use at Christmas.
Shipping
All Whittard of Chelsea US deliveries are made by courier.
If we do deliver to you at home and no one's in, our couriers will leave a card telling you about how to collect your delivery or rearrange the delivery. Any unclaimed or undelivered orders will eventually make their way back to our warehouse.
Whittard of Chelsea does not recommend tha customers leave instructions to our couriers for your goods to be left outside your delivery address.
All US orders are shipped from our warehouse in the UK and may be subject to additional customs charges. Please be aware that Whittard of Chelsea is not liable for these charges.
Our United States deliveries are charged by weight. Once you have finished shopping and are ready to complete your order, the delivery charge will appear in the checkout pages. Please allow up to 14 working days for United States deliveries to arrive.
