The item is absolutely lovely and the china is quite fine, how a tea cup should be, we searched for ages for one this fine as most tea cups are quite thick. The artwork is lovely, with a little mouse on the sauce and a club inside the cup - its an unusual shape which makes it quite unique. Disappointing we had to wait (1) so long for the item to keep coming back into stock and (2) the postage was very slow, it took 8 days from ordering to get the item, so if you want it for an urgent present, don't ask for their standard postage as it is slower than any other company I know.

All Whittard of Chelsea US deliveries are made by courier.
If we do deliver to you at home and no one's in, our couriers will leave a card telling you about how to collect your delivery or rearrange the delivery. Any unclaimed or undelivered orders will eventually make their way back to our warehouse.
Whittard of Chelsea does not recommend tha customers leave instructions to our couriers for your goods to be left outside your delivery address.
All US orders are shipped from our warehouse in the UK and may be subject to additional customs charges. Please be aware that Whittard of Chelsea is not liable for these charges.
Our United States deliveries are charged by weight. Once you have finished shopping and are ready to complete your order, the delivery charge will appear in the checkout pages. Please allow up to 14 working days for United States deliveries to arrive.
